6th-12th graders...join us for our Youth Service Day. Meet at 8am, at the church...then we will split into a few separate work teams to help local organizations that day, specifically the Haymarket Food Pantry and Feeding Friends! We'll be helping sort food, stocking shelves, and putting together condiment bags which all really helps these two awesome non-profits. There is no cost at all but we ARE asking folks to bring a bagged lunch that day. Keep an eye on the weather and wear comfortable clothing that you'd be ok wearing outdoors. We're not planning on doing a ton of outdoor work but it may come up. We'd also recommend a pair of work gloves if you have them! We'll be finished early afternoon that day but the timing is dependent on how long our projects take. We'll have students call/text parents as we finish up and head back to the church!
